Dear Brazoria County Cavalry;
It was an honor and our pleasure to have your organization participate with us at the pre-game performance at the Angleton football game on October 30, 2009. It was our desire to pay tribute to the Veterans of our communities and recognize the many, many sacrifices made by these men and women. Your participation in this performance served two fold. Not only were you an honoree, but you vigorously joined us in the victory march around the stadium.
Thank you so much for the work you do in this area as you support the men and women leaving for their tour of duty or welcoming them home as they return. It fortifies how extraordinary each one of them is and that they are appreciated. In the same sense, you too are extraordinary and appreciated as well.
Sincerely yours,
Stanley Montgomery

Members of the Brazoria County Cavalry,
We sincerely appreciate you folks taking the time to help us give Ryan a warm farewell. All who attended the party were surprised to see such a turn out from the Cavalry and amazed at the way the Cavalry receives military and first responders as a part of their “organization”. I had a nephew there and he was wishing there was an organization like yours in Galveston County that he could be a part of. Ryan, along with the rest of our guests, was surprised as the Cavalry came rolling down the street with sirens blaring and the roar of the motorcycles. This will be a lasting memory for Ryan, as well the rest of his family, knowing that there are folks that honor and are behind our heroes all the way. Again, I say thanks, and the best to the men and women of the Brazoria County Cavalry.

We as a Fire Department thank you for everything you are doing. We feel we have a big family in Brazoria County with the Cavalry members, Brother and Sister Fire Fighters, Emergency Responders and just the citizens of Brazoria County. We are very lucky to live in Brazoria County.
Thank you and God Bless the Cavalry

Hi, I wasn’t sure if I sent this to you or the website, figured I will do both. Thank you so much for everything that you all did. Everything was way more than anyone had ever expected. I have never seen anything like it before, I mean we have seen and participated in the same parades, but this was totally beyond anyone’s expectations of the honor and appreciation you all showed for my brother before his deployment. When everyone came down the street, pulled in and gathered around Sam, there was such an overwhelming feeling of honor and respect. Not just from y’all, but to you as well. And when everyone came to personally greet Sam that was more than words can say. It is such an awesome experience that you guys provide for our soldiers, and for us. To come out on a Sunday for someone you may not know, but you respect nonetheless, shows that acknowledgment and approbation that every soldier deserves! You truly do something great for this county.
Thank all of you from the bottom of my heart,
Molli & Rick Cummings and Karen Solsaa
