2/08/10 – Angleton Band Pre-game Performance

 I am forwarding this letter to you via email at the request of Stanley Montgomery who is President of the Angleton Band Alumni.  As the newly elected officers, please accept our apology that this thank you did not come sooner to your group.  Your continued efforts toward the service men and women of our area are remarkable.  Thank you for the sacrifices you have already made for our country and thank you for your continued service to humanity.  You ROCK !!

Dear Brazoria County Cavalry;

 It was an honor and our pleasure to have your organization participate with us at the pre-game performance at the Angleton football game on October 30, 2009.  It was our desire to pay tribute to the Veterans of our communities and recognize the many, many sacrifices made by these men and women.   Your participation in this performance served two fold.  Not only were you an honoree, but you vigorously joined us in the victory march around the stadium. 

 Thank you so much for the work you do in this area as you support the men and women leaving for their tour of duty or welcoming them home as they return.  It fortifies how extraordinary each one of them is and that they are appreciated.   In the same sense, you too are extraordinary and appreciated as well.
