12/3/2011 – Santa In Brazoria
Well, what can I say…you all are some of the most wonderful people we know. Yesterday, when you all brought Santa, (aka Gary) to the celebration, I was once again so proud to be associated with such a terrific group of Brazoria County Cavalry individuals. First of all, Gary B., thank you so much for stepping in as a lead and proving once again how professional you are at this job. So many of you showed up, with so much other stuff going on. I was at the school waiting for you guys, and I was not disappointed. You looked terrific coming in. I was in the middle of the crowd waiting for you all. You all looked so good! I overheard some remarks that were made by the public. One little boy asked his mother, “Momma, here comes those loud bikes that we saw at our uncle’s house. Look, they know Santa too. When I grow up, I’m going to ride with that group and have a bunch of flags.” His momma replied with, “When you do I will be so proud of you, that is a wonderful thing to be when you grow up. See, our neighbors all over the county know what we stand for. What an honor. You were all so wonderful!!! I am so blessed to be a part of the group.
