Jarrod Baker – 12/27/09

What my husband thought was a Sunday picnic with family, turned out to be the most heartfelt welcome home he has ever had, thanks to the roaring sound of the motorcycle pipes coming from The Brazoria County Cavalry. He was so surprised that all of that was for him, and did not expect all the donations, and is very thankful for them. The State of Texas flag that was flown over our State Capitol is already framed, along with the proclamation that it came with. He was humbled to have all his accomplishments with the Army recognized, because as we know, this was not done  in the Vietnam Era. A special thanks to all the veterans that attended, Jarrod and I both appreciate their service, and the service that The Brazoria County Cavalry extends to our counties heroes so much that we intend to ride along with y’all when were home on leave. Thanks again for everything, we’ll see y’all soon.
