I was proud of everything that took place yesterday. Thanks for allowing my family to be a part of each of your families.
Sorry Tina and I had to leave so quickly but we had another appointment to attend. If you have not heard, our daughter Mary Ashley is now engaged to be married. No date has been set because we are hoping they will finish college first. You all will be invited when it is time.
We love you all and our prayers are always with each of you as you serve God and his country by honoring the Men and Women of service

The program yesterday was just fantastic. Our family is amazed at the hugs and handshakes he got before he even got to the front row. What a great group. The photos and list of the fallen ones really touched me deeply. I will never forget the anxiety of waiting at home and hoping never to get one of those telegrams. Some of my friends were not so fortunate. As my little 4 year old great granddaughter says “Good Job!!”

I wanted to drop you a line and let you know that the friends and families that attended the anniversary party for the BCC donated an additional $566.00 in cash and t-shirt sales, during the event Sunday. The event was wonderful and I am so glad I was there.
