Hello my name is Ben Hernandez and I just heard about the welcome home rides that you do for soldiers returning home from down range (IRAQ). I’m from Brazoria but never got my welcome home ride. I was talking to one of your members and he gave me this web site address and told me to come and sign up. Thank you all for your help and support to all of our troop’s whether here in country or over sea’s.
Thank you,
Ben Hernandez

Many thanks to the Brazoria County Cavalry for your recent visit to our church, Trinity Christian Center, as part of our Veteran’s Celebration that was held on July 1. Everything was done with excellence and in the true spirit of honoring our men and women who have served us in defense of freedom. Your presentations to our veterans were heart-felt and I could tell that each veteran was moved by your expressions of gratitude. I truly believe it helped all of us have an even greater appreciation for those who have served before and those who are serving now in defense of our great nation. I heartily recommend the Cavalry to anyone considering an event to honor our military. We look forward to many other opportunities to work with you in the future. Please keep up the good work!

Thank you so very much for being there; it was a wonderful welcome for James and a very heartfelt thank you for Jimmy. I would also like to thank you for including my cousin Lou; I did not know he was going to be there until this morning. Everyone was so touched by all that was said and done. My brother-in-law said he was going to get me back but we could all tell how very touched he was.
Thank you and all the Veterans for making this a great day!!!
Thanks,
Debby Clark

On behalf of the Davis, family we would like to thank the Cavalry and everyone that made the parade possible. For the great things they do for the troops returning home from a long tour over seas, and keeping us safe. A great big thanks for the Cavalry for taking the time to come together and making the troops feel welcome. We applaud the Cavalry and every one involved.
Again thanks,
Elizabeth Davis

Dear Brazoria County Cavalry,
It was truly an honor to me to have you guys come out and honor my son who is serving our great nation. It was an amazing, moving ceremony and probably one of the best I have seen thus far…not sure if that was because it was my son’s or what. My son accepted all the gifts that were given with much gratification and was deeply moved by all of your support in what he is doing. So moved, that he couldn’t even express himself at that time. One of the first things he said was. “Mom that man is a Master Sergeant”. He was very impressed by that and almost didn’t know how to act until they honored him and came up to him and shock his hands instead of him having to respond to them. I know that tears flowed through out the whole time not only for Jared and what he is doing now but for what all of our veterans have done for us in the future and have gone unnoticed. I give thanks and honor to all of the veterans that ride in the Cavalry and all other service men and women of all types. Your prayers and acknowledgments are greatly appreciated. I loved that you made the ceremony not only about my son but recognized all his family and friends that attended in their past services as well and honored them. That was good not only for everyone to see that was there but especially my son that sometimes takes his job for granted and doesn’t realize what he is actually doing for us everyday that he serves in the US Army. Jared is deploying on July 26th and I am set to fly out on the 24th to go see my brave soldier leave our country and fly into a war zone. I do ask for continued covered prayers for him as he is gone and faces whatever he has set before him. Once again I don’t think there is anything you could do to change your ceremony it was amazing and there are still people talking about how awesome it was and how much it moved them. Thank you each and every one of you for what you do for our service men and women!
I HONOR YOU!
