10/27/10 – Vera Willy

I want to thank the Cavalry for coming out to support the family of Vera Lee (niece) Willy.   It was so special to me to have so many in attendance at the Memorial service.   I know its special to have my Cavalry family come out in support in the middle of the week.  I give you all a heart felt THANK YOU for your support in a time of great need.

Thanks Again.

10/9/10 – Steve Lumpkin

To everyone that came to Alvin to make Steve Lumpkin’s 60th birthday party a success. He is still talking about you guys coming and honoring him as well as others that were there in attendance. I have to say a big thank you as well. Seeing what all you did for Steve and the others was very moving. I am so honored myself that you came on Oct. 9th for the celebration.  Please know that you are welcome anytime to come to our church and worship with us. We look forward to getting involved with your organization as well.
May God Bless each of you and all that you do for others.

10/9/10 – Gerald Koenning

I don’t know where to start this letter.  It was a great honor for me to have the Brazoria County Calvary to show up and suprize me at my retirement party. I want to THANK YOU  for the Gifts that I received from everyone. Words can not express the feeling that I get when I go on a ride to honor someone or hear about it. I know I don’t get to go on all of the rides that the Calvary does, but I enjoyed the ones that I do get to go on. Thank You for what you do and the rest of the organizations that ride with you. My family and my extended church family would also like to thank you for what you do. Once again a great big THANK YOU!

10/2/10 – Joshua Savoy

BCC,

I was so proud of the send off you all gave Mr. Josh Savoy on Saturday October 2nd, 2010.  It was simply amazing and beautiful to say the least.  The late notice by me, with you guys given just a little over a days notice, came through with flying colors, and the turn out was tremendous.  You guys/gals will never know what it truly means to these soldiers to have a whole community of support such as yourselves.  Again, a big THANK YOU, from my family, friends, and others, that was there to see this awesome send off.  I think it is also worth mentioning that there were several of my neighbors that knew nothing of this event, but when they saw and “HEARD” all of the motorcycles, not only came out to see, but came to our yard to join in the send off which was GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Thanks

9/28/10 – Andy Anderson

 I, for one, was very impressed with what you did for these Hero’s. I want to Thank you and all the Cavalry Members that were there, especially on such short notice.

 I also want to thank you for honoring me in this, even though I wasn’t supposed to be a part of this event. It was the first time I’ve been Honored or even Recognized for my service. That is why I joined the Cavalry, and why my son William joined, so that that never happens to anyone else.

 William, Alison and I look forward to many more rides for these Hero’s. I just wish that my disabilities and finances would allow me to attend more of them.

 Thank you so much for what the Cavalry, WOTB Members, the Firemen, the Policemen (I didn’t’ see any female officer’s), the Constable, the Mayor of Brazoria and the Mayor of Danbury for  being there September 28th honoring those I set this up for, and myself.

Thank you again;
