Everything went wonderful. The only thing that could of been better was the weather. Thank you again for what you do.

Please pass our thanks to the Cavalry for adding excitement to The Veteran’s Day Parade. Also pass along our special thanks for the generous donation to our poppy fund. The money received from the distribution of poppies will be used to aid Veteran’s and their families. We look forward to seeing your group in action again.
Sincerely,

Hello BCC…
I just wanted to say THANK YOU to each member of the Cavalry… You recently honored my son L Cpl Raymond R. Calvillo, Jr. He recently returned from Afghanistan, serving with the Lone Star Battalion. What you do each and every day is so heartfelt and warming to the families of service men and women as well as our local officers and fire fighters. You touch the lives of so many and Sunday, October 30th 2011 will be a day my family never forgets. The Cavalry touch my family deeply. Not only did you honor my son Raymond but also other family members and one of them was my Uncle Rocky Estrada from Victoria, Texas. He was so happy. He was drafted over 45 years ago and served two years in the Army. Like he said that day, He didn’t do anything special just did his job. This is the mind set of so many Soldiers and Marines and yet they do so much for us. Again, thank you for all you do.

He was drafted back in the day and served two years, like he said that day, he didn’t do anything. This is the mind set of so many and yet they do so much…. He had never seen anything like the Brazoria County Cavalry and was so touched and honored. He was never thanked before this day. Again Thank You so much!
