9/29/2012 – Colton Palmer Benefit

To All:
We just want to say a very large THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to all of you for your support on Saturday.
Despite Mother Nature not wanting to cooperate, we had an awesome turnout for everything. We ran out of beans & potato salad so we had to stop selling our plates. We started with close to 70 briskets and we ended up with 13 that were sold at the end of the live auction for $60.00 each. Bill, your pies went for $65 each. Don’t know how much the bike that the BCC donated and the Wooden Texas Flag that Tracy & Dana donated went for.
We know that Colton and his family appreciated the check that the Cavalry presented to them, that was awesome. We don’t have an exact amount yet, but the rough figures are over $30,000.00.

Again, a very heartfelt THANK YOU………
Gary & Susan

9/18/2012 – Brad Thomas

Dear Brazoria County Cavalry,
Words cannot describe the Welcome Home that was given for my son, Sgt. Bradley Thomas and wife Veronica on Sept.18th. It was totally awesome, and once again showed not only Brazoria County, but the whole United States the kind of Loving, Caring, Patriot’s this organization is made of. We have had many calls about ya’ll and how to join this group of Red Blooded Americans. I also want to thank the Tracy Read family for their extra support and work to make this such a wonderful Welcome Home for my Son and wife. May God Bless our Troops and Veterans, and God Bless America.

Thanks for all that you do,
Rocky Thomas

9/8/2012 – Thank You!

Your group does so much for our community. You always seem to be everywhere you’re needed. The fact that you took the time to pass my email along … well, I just can’t think of words to show my appreciation. Thank you so much. And as always, doesn’t hesitate to contact me to help escort your group.

9/8/2012 – Callan Friudenberg

Callan was so surprised and very honored. I started crying as soon as I stepped out the front door and saw everyone. I appreciate each and everyone for taking the time to come out. All my family and friends that were there thought it was just great and we talked about it for the rest of the day.

Dear BCC;
I just now was able to view the photos you took at my dad’s party. I had never been at one of your presentations before and I was amazed at what all you do. You go above and beyond to honor our vets. But they also went above and beyond to protect our country. On behalf of our whole family, we can’t thank you enough for making a special day even more special.

Thank you again for all you do.
