I just wanted to send you my appreciation and thanks for your wonderful “Welcome Home” for me. (Coming home from Viet Nam in 1970 was not a good experience.) It WAS a BIG Surprise and I will have to come up with something GRAND to repay Andy!!!! You all are doing a super job and I will be singing your praises far and wide.

Have a blessed Veteran’s Day! You are to be commended above and beyond the call of duty for the incredible honor you brought to the Mims Community and veteran Clarence Brooks Jackson. It was truly remarkable. We will never forget the gifts, talks, encouragement and prayers. What an amazing testimony to the people who take time out to go the distance for a comrade. You do it well with police escort, flag bearers, sirens, cars, trucks and motorcycles! What a sight! No one would ever believe it is for them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making such a difference in our lives. We will never forget! It was amazing! May God bless and keep each of you and we look forward to supporting the Cavalry in the near future.

THANKS to the men and woman of the Brazoria County Cavalry! I served 31 years in the United States Air Force and have been teaching AFJROTC at Brazoswood High School for 8 years. I have not seen a more dedicated/caring group of men and women supporting those who have served or is currently serving. It is great to live in this county and country because of the Brazoria County Cavalry!!!!

I want to thank each and every one that came to Alford Coles Benefit. Ya’ll were amazing. Alford was so surprised and shocked to have been presented with so many awards. I want to thank Tracy for letting me be a part of the awards and the cap that he gave me. Alford is my wife’s Uncle and I have been in the family since 1964. I love them very much and we have so much fun kidding with each other. The Brazoria County Cavalry is doing so much for all our Vets. Keep up the great work and again thanks from all of us for what you did.
