Joe Valdez 07/12/08

I sit here looking at this screen to try to find the words to thank you for what you did for my son Joe’s Welcome Home. All that can come to mind is “thank you” isn’t enough! To hear the rumble of the motorcycles, the horns, the police put a look of disbelief on my son’s face. He was so surprised that all of what was going on was for him. The look in his eyes and the smile on his face when you guys came to the house and said you were looking for Joe, is a picture that will be imprinted in my heart and mind, as well as Joe’s for a lifetime. Thank all of you for what you do for our community and our soldiers. To have people here that doesn’t even know my son or my family….embrace with Americans as you. Again, Thank you so so much………..from myself, my son and my entire family.
