****NOTICE**** Matagorda County Cavalry has been contacted to organize and assist the family of American Hero, Marine Cpl Justin Rodriguez with a "Welcome Home" Celebration. Justin will be home on leave, returning from a tour in Afghanistan. This will be a great opportunity for Matagorda County Cavalry and other Patriots to turn out in force to show our support for this American Hero. Please wear your Matagorda County Cavalry logo proudly. NOTE: Justin's family has invited Matagorda County Cavalry to enjoy a meal with them after Justins Welcome Home Celebration. The food will be served at the VFW Hall. Directions to Staging: At the intersection of 7th St (Hwy 35 and Nichols St, go north on Nichols Street. Continue on Nichols Street to 16th St (Carey Smith Blvd). Turn left on 16th St and continue to Bay City Intermediate School parking on the right. NOTE: Matagorda County Cavalry members and others on motorcycles or vehicles. |
