***NOTICE*** Matagorda County Cavalry has been contacted to organize and assist the family of Cecil Springer and his son-in-law Jose Enriquez with a SURPRISE welcome home celebration. Cecil is a Korea War Vet and Jose is a Vietnam Vet. Cecil has two Bronze Stars and Jose has a Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, Air Medal, and Bronze Star. This will be a GREAT opportunity for Matagorda County Cavalry to welcome these two American Heroes home properly. Please wear your Matagorda County Cavalry logo proudly. NOTE: Matagorda County Cavalry members and others on motorcycles or vehicles. |
