*NOTICE* Matagorda County Cavalry has been invited again this year to attend the Gold Star Mothers Observance. The program will be held at The Bay City VFW Post 2438 on Hwy 60 N at 2:00PM Sunday September 26, 2010. It will be a co-hosted event - Palacios VFW - Blessing American Legion & Bay City VFW. This isn't a funeral or memorial service. It is a great opportunity for Matagorda County Cavalry and other Patriots to meet some really fantastic ladies and their families, and by sharing a little time with them, it lets them know we love and appreciate them. Please wear your Matagorda County Cavalry logo proudly. Directions to Staging: From the intersection of Hwy 35 (7th St) and Hwy 60 (Ave F), Head north on Hwy 60 to FM 3156. Turn right on FM 3156, then turn right again into the John Deere parking lot. NOTE: Matagorda County Cavalry members and others on motorcycles or vehicles.
