***ESCORT NOTICE for WOUNDED AMERICAN HEROES*** Matagorda County Cavalry has been contacted to organize and assist Serve Outdoors - Matagorda Bay Chapter with an escort for our wounded American Heroes. Many of you were with us on the escort last year and can remember what a truly humbling and rewarding experience it was. This escort will start at LeTulle Park, just south of Bay City off Hwy 35 and end at the MVFD Fire Hall in Matagorda, Texas. This will be a great opportunity for the Matagorda County Cavalry and others to show our support for these American Heroes. Please wear your Matagorda County Cavalry logo proudly. Directions to Staging: Heading south on Hwy 35 (7th St in Bay City), continue on through town heading south. Once you cross the Colorado River bridge, watch for Bay City Salvage on the right. The main entrance to LeTulle Park is across from Bay City Salvage. Turn left into the park. Staging is near the main entrance. NOTE: Matagorda County Cavalry members and others on motorcycles or vehicles. |
