The Mayor of Brazoria Ken Corley and the City of Brazoria is
taking a stand on patriotism. The City is requesting the help of any BCC
members who can come and help put out American Flags in the City of
Brazoria. The City of Brazoria will be the first city in the state of
Texas to fly American Flags 365 days a year in honor of our country and
those who serve or have served it. We encourage everyone to come
out and support this effort. This will be a great opportunity for
the Brazoria County Cavalry and others to show our support. Please
wear your Brazoria County Cavalry logo proudly.

**BBQ PIT FOR RAFFLE**
Brazoria County Cavalry will be raffling off a BBQ Pit
that was made for us by BCC member, Joe Albarado. Proceeds from
the sale will help us to continue to buy BCC hats for our Heroes.
We will start selling tickets on Sat Aug 15th at our staging and
continue to sell them until raffled off. Committee members and
Officers will have tickets for sale. The tickets will be $5.00 each. You
will NOT be required to be present at the drawing to win.
We plan on having the drawing at the 2010 two year BCC Anniversary
Celebration.
PHOTOS OF THE BBQ PIT WILL BE ON THE WEBSITE
SOON!
