I want to apologize for not sending this out sooner.

On July 30, 2009, Committee Member Tracy Read was selected “Citizen of the Year for 2009.” Tracy wanted all of the Brazoria County Cavalry to know how humbled he is by this honor. Tracy’s comment to me to pass on to all of you is “Today is a win for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, my family, Brazoria County Cavalry members and the Heroes who serve our Country and county. Tracy is proud of the job that all of the members have done and your endless dedication to making a difference in our community and believes that the BCC members are the best in the world.
